Capitol Hill Block Party's 2023 Lineup
Three days, nine stages, 25 years. That's how you measure one of Seattle's most iconic music festivals. After last year's raucous return, Capitol Hill Block Party is back for its silver anniversary in 2023.
This year's event takes place July 21–23—fingers crossed that's after Juneuary and before wildfire smoke season—with headliners Louis The Child, Sofi Tukker, and Denzel Curry. When it comes to local talent, the more than 100 performers also include Pacific Northwesterners like Goth Babe, Sea Lemon, Samurai Del, and Surf Mesa.
Producers Daydream State are responsible for Seattle Center music festival Day In Day Out (not to be confused with that other arts and music event Bumbershoot), as well as Capitol Hill mainstays like Neumos and Comet Tavern. So while the main stages draw thousands to Capitol Hill for what we assume was once the actual "block party" aspect of this event, smaller, more intimate venues will also host acts: Cafe Racer, Wild Rose, Barboza, Neumos, Cha Cha, Havana, and Chophouse Row. (If you need help finding your way around, we've got a guide for that.)
