LGBTQ Health and Wellness Resources in Seattle

From trans, gender-affirming care to queer-focused clinics, these local organizations cut through the stigma.

By Sophia Urabe and Seattle Met Staff November 16, 2022

the recent string of anti-LGBTQ legislation and declarations in other states is a sobering reminder that those in the community face discrimination every day, sometimes for something as simple as going to see their doctor. It also elicits an extra dose of gratefulness for the gender-affirming, queer-friendly health care options and businesses we do have in King County and Seattle.

Herein a list of local health orgs offering stigma-free services specifically for Seattle's queer community. This list is by no means exhaustive and should be viewed as just one of many resources to consult when finding the best care.

Do you know of a health or wellness organization that should be on this list? Let us know at [email protected].
